SYMPTOMS

You are using a computer that is running Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 and Microsoft Office Communicator 2007. While these programs are running, you put the computer into hibernation. Then, you disconnect the computer from the network.

In this case, when you wake the computer from hibernation, Communicator 2007 presence icons do not change in Outlook. The presence icons still display the original presence status for each person who has sent you an e-mail message. Additionally, you can still right-click an e-mail address and then click Reply with Instant Message.
