This update adds updated DST information to the Collaboration Data Objects (CDO) time zone tables.The government of Venezuela has announced a change of 30 minutes in the time difference from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) also known as Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). Previously, the time difference between Venezuela and UTC was -4:00. On December 7, 2007, clocks in Venezuela were moved back 30 minutes starting at 03:00 local time. Therefore, the time zone for Venezuela is now GMT-04:30. This time zone update addresses this issue for Exchange 2003. Additionally, this update includes the DST changes in the following time zones:
