An update for the Australian 2008 DST changes is available for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 and for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Outlook

Starting March 30, 2008, daylight saving time (DST) will be extended for the Australian Eastern time zone and for the Australian Central time zone. After this date, you may experience the following problems in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0:

• When you view appointments or tasks in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Web client or in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook, the appointments and the tasks are scheduled one hour before or one hour behind the actual scheduled time.
• Some activities and some resources in the service calendar in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 are scheduled one hour before or one hour behind the actual scheduled time.
• When you schedule resources by using the service calendar, you experiences issues. For example, a resource that is listed in the calendar is scheduled one hour before or one hour behind the actual scheduled time.

The Australian Eastern time zone and the Australian Central time zone will extend daylight saving time and will standardize start and end dates starting with the end of daylight saving time in April 2008.
