INTRODUCTION

Ask for debug level logs at both ends (Connector & EXD).

I would like to get the debug level log files at both ends (Connector and EXD).

MORE INFORMATION

To put Connector in debug mode
  1. Stop connector service.
  2. Delete epc.log* from connector install dir.
  3. Edit logging.properties in connector install dir. Replace "INFO" with "DEBUG" (You will find 2 occurrences of INFO, change both).
To put EXD in debug mode
  1. Using the web config tool, select an option "Enable EXD Debug Logging" on "PC Configuration" tab and submit changes.
  2. Go to "PC Status" tab and click "update configuration".
On the OVO server where you have installed EXD
  1. Stop EXD service.
  2. Delete the todayDate.exd.log file.
  3. Restart EXD service.
Then start connector service.

Rerun your test case and send me epc.log* from connector install dir and todayDate.exd.log from EXDHOME\logs directory.
