INTRODUCTION

The article describes how to clean up MCF tables.

Use query anlayzer and run the following SQL statement on the onepoint DB
SELECT * FROM dbo.MCF_Forwardees
Copy the ForwardeeId from the results panel and paste the GUID into the two statements below then execute the procedures.
  • exec MCF_DoUninitialize '[PASTE_FORWARDEE_ID_GUID_HERE]', 0
    
  • exec MCF_DoCleanup '[PASTE_FORWARDEE_ID_GUID_HERE]'
    
After the MCF tables have been cleaned up, remove the resolution state for the connector in the MOM admin console. Then restart the product connector. Make sure that the Universal Connector Management User interfaces windows are also closed.
