SYMPTOMS

An access violation error may occur in the Apiem.dll file when you run Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if a race condition occurs between the SQL handler and the message processing handler on an overloaded server that is running Office Communications Server 2007.

RESOLUTION
