The number of campaign responses and the owners are incorrect in the Advanced Find view when you use the Owner column to sort the campaign responses in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0
The hotfix that is discussed in this article is not available for the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0:
On the Set Personal Options page, you enter a number in the Records Per Page field.
You create multiple campaign responses, and then you assign the campaign responses to different Microsoft Dynamics CRM users.
On the "Advanced Find View: Campaign Responses" page, you add an Owner column to the Advanced Find view for the Campaign Response entity.
On the Configure Sort Order page, you specify the Owner column as the default sorting column of the Advanced Find view for the Campaign Response entity.
You use the Advanced Find view for the Campaign Response entity to view campaign responses.
In this scenario, the number of displayed campaign responses is incorrect. Also, the campaign responses incorrectly appear to belong to only one user. Additionally, the navigation buttons in the lower-right corner of the Advanced Find view page are unavailable.
This problem occurs if the number of available campaign responses is larger than the number that you set in the Records Per Page field.
This problem was corrected in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Update Rollup 3.
