Error message when you back up files to a storage device by using the Backup and Restore Center on a Windows Vista-based computer that has the Turkish Language Pack installed: "Backup could not complete successfully"

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Backup and Restore Center on a Windows Vista-based computer that has the Turkish Language Pack installed, you receive the following error message when you back up files to a storage device that is larger than 2 gigabytes. For example, you receive this error message when you back up files to an external hard disk, to an optical drive, to a USB flash drive, to a personal media drive, or to a Secure Digital (SD) card that is larger than 2 gigabytes:
Backup could not complete successfully.
Backup is continuing.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, examine the Backup dialog box to determine whether the backup has completed successfully. Then, close the dialog box that contains the error message. If the backup has completed successfully, you can safely ignore this error message.

Note The Backup dialog box is located behind the dialog box that contains the error message.
