SYMPTOMSWhen you try to start the Microsoft Works Calendar program in Microsoft Works 9, you may receive the following error message: Works cannot access one or more files it needs to run the Calendar. The files may have been renamed, deleted, or moved. Try reinstalling Works, and then starting the program again. CAUSEThis problem may occur if the Works Calendar program tries to open the calendar database from an earlier version of Works instead of from Works 9. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, rename and replace the calendar database by using a new copy from the Microsoft Works 8 installation CD or from the Microsoft Works Suite 2005 installation CD. To do this, follow these steps:
