The Microsoft Office Live Meeting add-in buttons do not display in Outlook 2007. Or, you might see the following error message in Outlook 2007 when you use Live Meeting 2005 add-ins or the Live Meeting 2007 console:
An error occurred while sending the e-mail invitation. Please check your email setting then send the invitation again
To resolve this problem, modify the registry by using the following methods.
Warning Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly by using Registry Editor or by using another method. These problems might require that you reinstall the operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that these problems can be solved. Modify the registry at your own risk.
Note Follow these methods in order. Check whether the problem is resolved after each method.

Fix it for me
To fix this problem automatically, click the Fix it button or link. Then click Run in the File Download dialog box, and follow the steps in the Fix it wizard.
This wizard may be in English only, but the automatic fix also works for other language versions of Windows.
If you are not on the computer that has the problem, save the Fix it solution to a flash drive or a CD, and then run it on the computer that has the problem.

To change the registry values correctly, you must have a security identifier (SID). To do this, follow these steps:
Click Start, type cmd, and then press ENTER.
At the command prompt, copy and paste the following command, and then press ENTER:
wmic useraccount where name='%username%' get sid
Note your SID ID.
In Notepad, copy and paste the following information:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_USERS\YourSID\Software\Microsoft\Live Meeting\Addins\CmdBar]
[HKEY_USERS\YourSID\Software\Microsoft\Live Meeting\Addins\CmdBar\Outlook]
[HKEY_USERS\YourSID\Software\Microsoft\Live Meeting\Addins\CmdBar\Outlook\Main]

Save the file as a .reg file.
In My Computer, locate the folder where you saved the registry file.
Double-click the .reg file, and then click Yes to make all the necessary changes to the registry.
