When you transfer music from CD, when you download music from the Zune Marketplace, or when you copy a podcast subscription, the artist, album, and track information do not appear in your Zune collection.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Start the Zune software, and then click Settings.
- On the Zune settings screen, make sure that software is selected (at the top left).
- On the left-side menu, click COLLECTION.
- Under Monitored folders and under Zune folders, click ADD FOLDER or click CHANGE FOLDER.
- Select the location where you want to store your transferred, downloaded, or subscription media content, and then click OK.
