The call is on hold for both the transferor and the transferee when a call transfer fails in Communicator 2007

Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Office Communicator 2007:

• A transferor transfers a Voice over IP (VoIP) call to a transferee.
• The call transfer fails.

In this scenario, the call is on hold for both the transferor and the transferee.

This problem occurs because the transferee must take the call off hold to view the user interface. However, the transferee may not know this.
