Symptoms

You have a Windows Embedded for Point of Service (WEPOS) 1.1 system for which the Local Management Support option is not installed. When Windows Internet Explorer 7 is installed on the WEPOS system, AutoComplete functionality does not work. Additionally, the system may crash.

Resolution

To resolve this problem, install the update for Windows Embedded for Point of Service that is mentioned in this article.

Workaround

To work around this problem, reinstall WEPOS, and use the Local Management Support option.
