SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, you create a new distribution list that includes some Microsoft Dynamics CRM client address book provider entries. When you try to send an e-mail message to the distribution list, you cannot send the message to any CRM client address book provider entries that were deleted. Outlook 2003 does not verify the addresses before the message is sent. Therefore, these addresses are returned as unknown.
