You have set Microsoft Office Word 2003 as the e-mail editor in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. However, when you open an e-mail message that uses Rich Text Format (RTF), custom add-ins may not be displayed in the Outlook Active Inspector toolbar.

To work around this problem, turn off Word 2003 as your default e-mail editor for RTF e-mail messages in Outlook. To do this, follow these steps:
| 1. | Start Outlook.

| 2. | On the Tools menu, click Options. |
| 3. | Click the Mail Format tab.
|
| 4. | Click to clear the Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to read Rich Text e-mail messages check box, and then click OK.
