FIX: You receive a "Stop error code 0x00000019" or "Stop error code 0x000000c4" error message when you access NFS resources by using User Name Mapping

When you access network file system (NFS) resources on a client computer that has Client for NFS and User Name Mapping installed, you receive one of the following Stop error messages:

Error message 1
Stop 0x00000019 (parameter1, parameter2, parameter3, parameter4)
Error message 2
Stop 0x000000c4 (parameter1, parameter2, parameter3, parameter4)
Note The parameters in these Stop error messages vary depending on the system's configuration.


Hotfix information

A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
