徵狀

在用戶端正在執行 Windows Vista 或 Windows Server 2008，您嘗試連線到裝載在 Windows Server 2003 上、 在 Windows XP 上或在 Windows 2000 Server 上的列印佇列。當您執行這項操作時無法建立印表機連線。

此外，"點及列印 」 功能擲回其中一個下列的錯誤訊息中根據您的情況。

發生的原因

完成 (HP) 列印驅動程式使用其版本後，早於 1.0.0.13 一個 HPBmini.dll 檔案 ("HP 迷你 Installer 」)，就會發生這個問題。

解決方案
