SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario. In Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007, you create a new subscription for notifications. Before you complete the subscription wizard, you select all the items on the Alert Criteria page. Next, you view the properties of the subscription that you created, and then you click Alert Criteria. In this scenario, you see only the default selections. You do not see the additional criteria that you selected.

Note This problem occurs only if you select all the available criteria, and then you save the subscription.

MORE INFORMATION

The criteria are correctly written to the internal management pack file. However, if you select all the criteria, the management pack file includes the following tag:
<AlertChangedSubscription Property=”Any”>
When you reopen a subscription that contains this tag, Operations Manager 2007 displays the default wizard selection for alert criteria instead of displaying all the criteria that you selected.
