CAUSEThis issue occurs if the current user does not have a user-persisted connection setting to connect to a Management Server computer. This issue occurs if you use the Command Shell utility for the first time before you use System Center Operations Manager 2007. WORKAROUNDThe error message is an informational message only. You can safely ignore the error message. However, if this issue occurs every time that you use the Command Shell utility, you must determine why the user-persisted connection setting does not take effect.
