You perform a load test in Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Team System Test Load Agent. You use multiple load agents in the load test. You run the load test. In this scenario, you may receive a System.OutOfMemoryException exception.
CAUSEThis problem occurs because the size of the thread pool is not calculated correctly when you use multiple load agents. Therefore, the high memory limit of the virtual memory may be reached quickly. RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, it is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next Visual Studio 2008 Team Suite service pack that contains this hotfix.To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft Customer Support Services to obtain the hotfix.
