Additionally, you include many normalization rules to the location profile. When you view the location profile by using the Communications Server 2007 MMC snap-in or by using Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI), some normalization rules are missing. CAUSEThis problem occurs if the location profile contains many normalization rules.
