SYMPTOMSAfter you upgrade from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008, you cannot locally configure or locally delete the application partitions that are created for IP telephony. CAUSEThis problem occurs because the Tapicfg.exe tool is not included in Windows Server 2008. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, use the Tapicfg.exe tool in Windows Server 2003 to configure or to delete the application partitions that are created for IP telephony. Do this before you upgrade to Windows Server 2008. To use the Tapicfg.exe tool to delete the application partitions that are created for IP telephony, follow these steps:
