you use Microsoft Outlook to send an e-mail message in Rich Text format (RTF).
When you do this, the recipient sees unexpected text in the top of the message.
For example, the recipient may see a message that includes the following string: EmailQuote { margin-left: 1pt; padding-left: 4pt; border-left: #800000 2px solid; } This problem occurs when the following conditions are true:
CAUSEThis problem occurs because Exchange Server 2007 incorrectly
inserts a "style" tag without a "comment" tag in the "head" section of the HTML
part. Exchange Server 2007 does this when it converts the RTF message to HTML
format. For the sample string that is described in the "Symptoms" section, the correct text is as follows. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, install Update Rollup 2 for
