SYMPTOMS

You have a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 organization that was deployed in a multiple-domain environment. In this organization, the network connections between domains are slow, or cross-domain network traffic is restricted.

In this deployment, it takes a long time for the Exchange Management Console to successfully load. For example, it takes 10 minutes to load.
