Issue that the hotfix package fixes

This hotfix package fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

Daylight saving time (DST) changes in 2008 for the Australian time zones

The Australian Eastern time zone and the Australian Central time zone will extend daylight saving time. Additionally, these time zones will standardize the start dates and the end dates starting with the end of daylight saving time in April 2008. The updated version of Cdo.dll that is included in this hotfix reflects these changes to the Australian Eastern time zone and the Australian Central time zone.

This hotfix is a post Microsoft Office 2003 Service Pack 3 (SP3) hotfix. To install the hotfix, you must have either Microsoft Office 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2) or Microsoft Office 2003 Service Pack 3 (SP3) installed.
