This problem occurs if the earlier version of Entourage 2008 for Mac is the Swedish language version of Microsoft Entourage 2004 for Mac. For the Swedish version of Entourage 2008 for Mac, this text reads as follows: Note In these messages, Identity_name is the name of an identity that was created in the Swedish version of Entourage 2004 for Mac. CAUSEThis problem occurs when you upgrade from the Swedish version of Entourage 2004 for Mac to any other language version of Entourage 2008 for Mac. One of the identity file names that is used by the Swedish version of Entourage 2004 for Mac is "E-postlistor." Entourage 2008 for Mac does not recognize the "E-postlistor" file name when it tries to import an existing identity. WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, follow these steps.
