The Page Cannot be Displayed Note This issue also occurs in Windows Explorer. Hotfix 950234 is scheduled to resolve the issue in Windows Explorer. CAUSEBefore Internet Explorer 6 opens a shared file, it detects whether the target object is a folder or a file. Assume that a user has Read Permissions permissions and that the user does not have List Folder permissions. In this case, Internet Explorer cannot open the file in the folder even if the user has typed the full path of the file. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, install the hotfix 947853 together with hotfix 950234 on the computer.
