When you view the subarea for workflows on an existing entity record, such as on an account record, the started time and the completed time are incorrect based on the time zone setting. Instead, the time information is displayed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
This problem may occur in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Web client and in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook.
