SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:
  • You add the OnSave event code or the OnLoad event code to an entity form in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
  • You modify a step in a workflow rule.
  • The step updates or creates the entity form to which you added the OnSave event code or the OnLoad event code.
In this scenario, the OnSave event code or the OnLoad event code is not triggered when you open an entity of the same type.

RESOLUTION
