The collection of installed localized labels is incomplete when you use the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 metadata Web service to retrieve the collection

When you use the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 metadata Web service to retrieve the AttributeMetadata.DisplayName.LocLabels collection, the collection of installed localized labels is incomplete. This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:

• You install the English version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
• You install additional Multilingual User Interface Packs (MUIs) for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 server.
• You enable the MUI. For example, you enable the German language pack and the French language pack.
• You set the language for the current user to English.

When this problem occurs, the collection does not contain all elements as expected.
