Consider the following scenario. You upgrade Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. Next, you create a queue, and then you assign a queue item to the queue. Then, you delete the queue item. In this scenario, you receive the following error message:
Additionally, if you have enabled platform tracing, you receive an error message that resembles the following error message:
Record is unavailable.
Incident With Id = ecf58d9f-4ec9-dc11-9ca6-000d560d0cca Does Not Exist.
This problem occurs because the t_update_queueitem trigger in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 is not removed after you upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics 4.0.
