SYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario. You upgrade Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. Next, you create a queue, and then you assign a queue item to the queue. Then, you delete the queue item. In this scenario, you receive the following error message: Record is unavailable. Incident With Id = ecf58d9f-4ec9-dc11-9ca6-000d560d0cca Does Not Exist. CAUSEThis problem occurs because the t_update_queueitem trigger in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 is not removed after you upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics 4.0. RESOLUTIONThis problem is fixed in the latest cumulative update rollup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
