In system customization, you remove some labels that contain a formXml string. You publish the customizations in Microsoft CRM 4.0. Next, you install a language pack. Then, you try to provision the language. In this scenario, you receive the following error message:
System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.LocalizedLabel' with unique index 'ndx_LocalizedLabel_ForSingleSelect'.
