SYMPTOMS

When you try to migrate a mailbox from Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 to Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 by using the Exchange Management Console (EMC) or the Exchange Management Shell (EMS), the Exchange Management Shell may stop responding. Additionally, the following errors may be logged in the Application log:
