You cannot integrate Communicator 2007 together with Office 2000

You cannot integrate Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 together with Microsoft Office 2000.

For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: After you install the Communicator 2007 update package, enable the EnableOutlook2000Integration registry entry. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then press ENTER.
2. In the navigation pane, locate and then click the following registry subkey:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Communicator
3. On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
4. Type EnableOutlook2000Integration as the name of the new registry entry, and then press ENTER.
5. Right-click EnableOutlook2000Integration, and then click Modify.
6. In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.
7. Exit Registry Editor.
