Issues that this hotfix package fixes

This hotfix fixes the following issue that is not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

•	The Australia Eastern and Central time zones will extend the period of daylight saving time in April 2008. This hotfix updates the Korean version of Outlook 2003 to avoid the issues that may caused by this daylight saving time change.
