Error message when you try to start a meeting on a Live Meeting 2007 client that is running the English version of Windows XP with Service Pack 2 in the Thai locale

SYMPTOMS

On a client computer that is running the English version of Windows XP with Service Pack 2 in the Thai locale, you install a Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007 client. In this case, when you try to start a meeting by clicking the Meeting Now button, you may receive the following error message:
Join Error: cannot create a new meeting

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, apply the update that is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
