SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario. You use the Microsoft BizTalk FileAct and InterAct Adapters for SWIFT 2.3 to send a message to SWIFT in the InterAct "Store and Forward" (SnF) mode. The InterAct Receive Adapter from the SWIFT queue receives the message successfully. In this scenario, the returned acknowledgement (ACK) that the adapter generates is invalid and is rejected by the SWIFT SnF queue. The returned Sw-HandleSnFRequest response flags a message ACK as invalid. The Sw-HandleSnFRequest response resembles the following:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><Sw-HandleSnFRequest><Sw-SnFRequestHandle><Sw-SnFRequestDescriptor><SwInt-NonRep>
<SwInt-NRType>SVCOPT</SwInt-NRType>
</SwInt-NonRep><SwInt-MRRResult><SwInt-SNLId>snl01540</SwInt-SNLId><SwInt-SNLEP>mp_snfgmx</SwInt-SNLEP></SwInt-MRRResult><Sw-SnFOutputInfo><Sw-SnFSessionId>xyzaqueue_genericqueue!z:p:351800</Sw-SnFSessionId><Sw-SnFOutputSeq>931</Sw-SnFOutputSeq><Sw-DeliveryTime>2008-02-14T06:53:24Z</Sw-DeliveryTime></Sw-SnFOutputInfo></Sw-SnFRequestDescriptor><Sw-SnFOpRequestHandle><Sw-NotifySnFRequestHandle>
<Sw-SnFRef>swi00002-2008-02-14T06:45:50.17777.18950905Z</Sw-SnFRef>
<Sw-SnFRefType>InterAct</Sw-SnFRefType>
<Sw-AcceptStatus>Failed</Sw-AcceptStatus>
<Sw-AckSwiftTime>2008-02-14T06:53:21Z</Sw-AckSwiftTime>
<Sw-AckDescription>The message has exceeded the number of retries permitted</Sw-AckDescription>
<Sw-AckInfo>SwRejectCode=Sw.SnF.MaxRetryExceeded</Sw-AckInfo>
</Sw-NotifySnFRequestHandle></Sw-SnFOpRequestHandle></Sw-SnFRequestHandle></Sw-HandleSnFRequest>
Additionally, the invalid ACK resembles the following:

<Sw-RetryReason>
  <SwGbl-StatusAttributes>
    <SwGbl-Severity>Transient</SwGbl-Severity>
    <SwGbl-Code>Sw.SnF.NRMismatch</SwGbl-Code>
    <SwGbl-Text>The acknowledgement is invalid. The non-repudiation settings do not match with the original request.</SwGbl-Text>
    <SwGbl-Action>Correct the non-repudiation settings and try again.</SwGbl-Action>
  </SwGbl-StatusAttributes>
</Sw-RetryReason>
