The Windows Embedded CE 6.0 Test Kit (CETK) OALTestTimers test case 1280 has multiple subtests. When you use the test case 1280, this test case may report an overall success even if one of the subtests reports a failure.

This problem occurs because the results from one subtest in the test case 1280 unintentionally override the results of the previous subtest.

You can confirm this by scrolling to the "File information" section of this article. The package file name contains the product version, date, Knowledge Base article number, and processor type. The package file name format is:

Restart requirement
After you install this update, you must perform a clean build of the whole platform. To clean the platform, click
Clean on the
Build menu. To build the platform, click
Build Platform on the
Build menu. You do not have to restart your computer after you apply this update.
