After you enable the 3D mode for a performance view in Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007, the mouse rotation operation works on the local computer. However, when you try to connect to the console by using a remote desktop connection, the mouse pointer disappears. Additionally, the mouse rotation operation is unpredictable.
Note To return to the original display on the performance view, you must disable the 3D mode by right-clicking on the canvas and selecting the 3D mode.
To work around this problem, connect to the System Center Operations Manager 2007 console on the local computer instead of by using a remote desktop connection.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
