SYMPTOMS

You use the Software Development Kit (SDK) to modify a rule in Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007. The rule has a ScheduleFilter module that is not available in the user interface (UI).

After you modify the rule, you notice that the ScheduleFilter module has been removed.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the UI cannot handle this situation.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, use the SDK to modify any rule that contains ScheduleFilter modules that are not available in the UI.
