SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:

You deploy Audit Collection Services (ACS) in Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007.
You configure ACS to use Microsoft SQL Server authentication together with a non-standard sa account name for a database connection. For example, you use an account that is named acs_sa.
After you deploy ACS, you use the AdtSetup.exe program to update the ACS installation.

In this scenario, the following event is logged in the Application log:
