SYMPTOMS

If you run the isinteg -dump command against a dismounted store on a server that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, the Store.exe process stops unexpectedly. Additionally, the following errors are logged in the Application log:

To run the isinteg –dump command against a dismounted store, follow these steps:
  1. Open Exchange Management Console, and then dismount a mailbox store.
  2. At a command prompt, type the following command:
    isinteg -s server_name -dump -l log_file
  3. Select the dismounted mailbox store.
