SYMPTOMS

In a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 environment, you receive e-mail messages in Rich Text Format (RTF) format. These e-mail messages contain TIFF attachments, and you use Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access 2007 to view the e-mail message. In this case, the icons that represent the TIFF image attachments may not be shown correctly, and the icon shows as a red "X." Other image attachment icons, such as icons for BMP and JPG images, are shown correctly.
