When you try to update a table in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.0, you receive an error message that resembles the following:
Note TableName represents the name of the table.
Another user has changed the definition of the TableName table after the activity was started. Start again.
This problem may occur even the table definition is not changed.
This problem occurs because the Table Information internal table is not updated when a new table is created. Instead, the internal table is updated only when the new table is used for the first time. Therefore, if you have tables that have never contained any data at all, the tables will not exist in this internal table.
