FIX: You cannot correlate batched EDI/AS2 messages to incoming MDNs in BizTalk Server 2006 R2Article ID: 949872 - View products that this article applies to. On This PageSYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 R2:
CAUSEThis problem occurs because of an error in the BizTalk Server 2006 EDI components. After batching is enabled for outgoing messages, the interchange control number field is not populated successfully to the BAM_AS2interchangeActivity_completed table. Therefore, the activity tracking data is not generated successfully. RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.If the hotfix is available for download, there is a "Hotfix download available" section at the top of this Knowledge Base article. If this section does not appear, submit a request to Microsoft Customer Service and Support to obtain the hotfix. Note If additional issues occur or if any troubleshooting is required, you might have to create a separate service request.
