(SP1), you cannot edit rules in Outlook Web Access. When you visit
the Rules page under Options, all the
rules are unavailable. Double-clicking the rules does nothing.
The Change rule button is also unavailable when you select one of the
rules. RESOLUTIONUpdate informationTo resolve this problem, install Update Rollup 4 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1 (SP1) on the Exchange server.
