INTRODUCTIONIssue that the hotfix package fixesThis hotfix fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:You insert the ActiveX List box control in Microsoft Office Excel 2003. When you select the list, and you use the mouse wheel to scroll up or down, Excel 2003 crashes. And, you receive the following error message: Microsoft Office Excel has encountered a problem

However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
