INTRODUCTION

Issue that the hotfix package fixes

This hotfix fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

You insert the ActiveX List box control in Microsoft Office Excel 2003. When you select the list, and you use the mouse wheel to scroll up or down, Excel 2003 crashes. And, you receive the following error message:
Microsoft Office Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
