Service Pack 1, you cannot control the behavior of attachments on mobile
devices by using the ActiveSync policy. Even if the policy is disabled, users
can still download attachments. RESOLUTION To resolve this problem, download and install Update Rollup 3 for Exchange 2007 SP1.
