SYMPTOMS When you try to open a campaign activity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, you receive the following error message:
An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.
Error Details: Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown. CAUSEThis problem occurs because Microsoft Dynamics CRM checks the value in the Status Reason field to determine how to display a title in the Web browser window. RESOLUTIONThis problem is fixed in the latest cumulative update rollup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
