On This PageSYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario:
SharePath is not accessible.
Access is denied. Address Bar Windows cannot find 'Path:\FileName'. Check the spelling and try again, or try searching for the item by clicking the start button and then clicking Search. CAUSEBefore Windows Explorer opens a shared file, it detects whether the target object is a folder or a file. If a user has Read Permissions permission but does not have List Folder permission, Windows Explorer cannot open a file in a folder even if the user types the full path of the file.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, install hotfix 950234 together with hotfix 947853.
